Location

Our application may request access to user's device location (precise or approximate),and location will be used in the background as well i.e., when the app is not actively in use. This is used to support for specific features such as:
Attendance marking: To confirm that you are within the campus or a designated location when marking attendance.
Share My Location:Track and see coach's and member's location, if those users share their location. This could be used in emergency case, or to know exact location of coach or member.
We do not store your location data permanently. Location information is only used in real-time to validate your presence at a specific location and is not shared with any third-party services or advertisers.
You can deny or revoke location permission at any time from your device settings. However, some features (such as share my location) may not work without location access.

Storage Access (Media & Files)

We request permission to read and write to external storage. We will use external storage for downloading reports in PDF, JPG, PNG, JPEG, HTML, CSV, etc. format.

Device Connections & Hardware Access

This connection is only initiated when you choose to connect such a device and grant the required permission. The app does not automatically access or communicate with any hardware without your explicit consent. We collect and store a MAC address of device which is externally connected via USB. we cannot share data with third party applications and services. All communication through the serial interface happens locally on your device and is used solely for enabling functionality between your mobile application and your connected device. You may revoke permission or disconnect the external device at any time through your mobile system settings or by unplugging the hardware.

Offline access to learning content

This access is only used to support your use of MyAcadmy services and content.

Cookies

The website uses cookies to track traffic coming to our site. We do not collect personal data such as name, age, telephone number, email, or mailing address. Cookies will also be used to identify a person who chooses to register on our site. If you choose to register on our site and are given a password, choose to give gifts online, or choose to enroll in our email subscription services, we will identify you with cookies.
